New single “THE PAST IS FOREVER” is out now.
“The Past is Forever” was written during the writing sessions of Rapture/Luna and was meant to be released as a final single (and so it will on Friday) and was our way to express the feelings of lightheartedness that distinguished the good times when the characters of the “Reader of the Runes” trilogy were still children and lived in harmony, before the thoughts of self-assertion came in. This feels like an unconscious Freudian slip if we look at our band’s history, accompanied by what’s musically the closest thing to the “folk metal side” of our very early compositions”
